- To provide know-how in the field of electricity distribution, including rural electrification, covering financing, management and technical questions.
- To create awareness of integrated approach towards electricity distribution in relation to energy supply, country planning, environmental aspects and socio economy.
- To transfer Swedish experience and Swedish technology to the participants’ countries
- To establish stable human networks and partnership mutually between participating countries and with Sweden
- To establish Change Projects to:
- Contribute to a sustainable electricity distribution from technical, environmental and economical point of view.
- Contribute to better availability of electricity.
The Projects shall be realistic in scope, be possible to duplicate or be a part of a strategy.
